Boiling Kettles

Available in the direct heating version for cooking liquid food that does not need stirring and also in the indirect heating version for thicker foods, such as creams and sauces. The AISI 316 steel tank is highly resistant to salt and sauce corrosion and can be even used by inserting large baskets for cooking large amounts of vegetables. Cleaning and maintenance are easy, thanks to the rounded edges and the draining tap that can be removed easily.
